Shipping Costs

United Arab Emirates:
Standard Shipping: FREE

GCC:
Standard Shipping: AED 50
FREE standard shipping on orders of AED 300 or more.

International Orders Outside the GCC:
Standard Shipping: AED 75
FREE international shipping on orders of AED 400 or more.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in the UAE and eligible GCC destinations.

UAE:
Cash on Delivery: AED 25

GCC:
Cash on Delivery: AED 50
FREE Cash on Delivery shipping on orders of AED 350 or more.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international destinations outside the UAE and GCC unless specifically offered at checkout.

Shipping Times

UAE Shipments:
1 to 2 days.

GCC Shipments:
Approximately 3 to 5 days. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

International Shipments Outside the GCC:
Approximately 5 to 7 days. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Order Dispatch

All orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive an email containing tracking information.

Couriers are selected based on availability, charges, compliance and other operational factors.

Shipping Protection

All shipments are insured.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the customer should contact MAAKE Beauty immediately and provide the relevant proof so the issue can be reviewed and assistance with a refund or replacement can be provided where applicable.
