We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request the return of the product(s), provided that the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
For the request to be reviewed, the following requirements must be met:
• The product(s) must be in acceptable condition, with no damage caused by misuse, drops, improper storage, or any alteration that may prevent proper evaluation.
• The reason for the return must be provided clearly and in full.
• Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and, when applicable, the identified issue must be provided. Photos may be attached directly through the return form.
Whenever possible, we recommend returning the product(s) in their original packaging and, if they have not been used, with the original seal intact.
Return requests may only be submitted through the return form.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing the reason for your request and attaching photos for review.

Return Review and Approval

All requests will be reviewed individually.
Providing the requested information, including the reason for the return and supporting photos, is mandatory for the request to be evaluated.
MAAKE Beauty reserves the right to request additional information or images whenever necessary to complete the review of a return request.
MAAKE Beauty also reserves the right to refuse return requests that:
• Are submitted more than 48 hours after receipt of the order.
• Do not include the information or photographs required for review.
• Contain false, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Involve products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or any cause unrelated to manufacturing or shipping.

Refunds

After the returned product(s) have been received and the return request has been approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, whenever possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to be credited may vary depending on the financial institution responsible for processing the payment. In general, refunds are processed within 3 business days after the return has been approved.
