Privilege Club is an annual membership program offered by MAAKE Beauty. Membership is personal, non transferable, and intended solely for individual use. Membership privileges remain available only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Membership is available to customers who successfully register through the official MAAKE website.

MAAKE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership where it reasonably believes these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where participation is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Privilege Club is offered as an annual recurring membership for AED 299 per year, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a membership, you expressly authorize MAAKE to automatically charge your selected payment method the applicable annual membership fee on each renewal date until your membership is cancelled.

Your membership will renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal date.

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your customer account or by contacting MAAKE Customer Care. Cancellation will prevent future renewals only and will not affect the validity of your current membership, which will remain active until the end of the paid membership period.

Membership fees are non refundable except where required by applicable law.

Membership may include, but is not limited to:

• Exclusive member pricing and rotating offers on selected products and collections.
• Opportunities to apply for complimentary new product launches.
• Invitations to exclusive events, masterclasses, and brand experiences,
where available.
• Early access to selected launches, promotions, or collections.
• Additional privileges introduced by MAAKE from time to time.

Membership privileges may vary by country, availability, inventory,promotional period, and eligibility.

Exclusive member offers are available only during promotional periods designated by MAAKE and apply solely to eligible products or collections.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, member offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, or offers.

Certain collections or products may be excluded from member pricing at MAAKE’s discretion.

From time to time, MAAKE may invite members to apply to receive complimentary new product launches.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Recipients are selected solely at MAAKE’s discretion and may be subject to campaign requirements, regional availability, inventory limitations, or other eligibility criteria.

Complimentary products have no monetary value and may not be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

Invitations to events, masterclasses, private experiences, or other member activities are subject to availability, venue capacity, geographic location, and eligibility.

Receipt of an invitation does not guarantee attendance where registration,confirmation, or selection is required.

Membership benefits, privileges, discounts, rewards, complimentary products, invitations, experiences, and any other associated benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or substitute dfor cash, store credit, or any other form of compensation.

All membership benefits are offered subject to availability.

Products, gifts, events, experiences, promotions, and other privileges may belimited by inventory, location, seasonality, operational requirements, or otherfactors beyond MAAKE’s control.

MAAKE does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific benefit.

Unless expressly approved by MAAKE, each customer may maintain only one active Privilege Club membership.

Multiple memberships created for the same individual may be merged, suspended, or cancelled at MAAKE’s discretion.

Privilege Club provides access to exclusive privileges as they become available.

Membership does not guarantee any minimum number of discounts, complimentary products, promotional campaigns, events, rewards, or exclusive opportunities during any membership period.

The availability and frequency of benefits may vary throughout the year.

MAAKE reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or introduce any aspect of the Privilege Club, including but not limited to:

• Membership benefits
• Membership structure
• Promotional offers
• Eligibility requirements
• Program features
• Membership pricing

Where required by applicable law, members will receive reasonable notice before material changes affecting future renewals become effective.

MAAKE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately where fraudulent activity, abuse of membership privileges, misuse of promotional offers, resale of complimentary products, creation of duplicate accounts, payment fraud, charge back abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

MAAKE may also refuse future membership applications from individuals found to have misused the program.

By joining Privilege Club, members consent to receive communications relating to their membership, including membership updates, renewal reminders, exclusive offers, product launches, events, and other program related information.

Members may unsubscribe from promotional marketing communications at any time. However, essential service communications relating to membership administration, billing, renewals, or account security may continue to be sent where necessary.

Any personal information collected in connection with Privilege Club will be processed in accordance with the MAAKE Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAAKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in Privilege Club or the use of any membership benefit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited byapplicable law.

MAAKE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any revised Terms & Conditions will be published on the official MAAKE website and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in Privilege Club following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the official MAAKE website through which the membership was purchased, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the member’s country of residence.

Privilege Club is intended exclusively for personal, non commercial use.

Membership, together with any associated privileges, discounts, rewards, complimentary products, or experiences, may not be used for resale, commercial distribution, or any business purpose.

MAAKE reserves the right to investigate activity that appears inconsistent with the intended purpose of the membership program, including but not limited to:

• Unusually high purchase volumes.
• Repeated purchases of the same products.
• Creation of multiple customer accounts.
• Abuse of promotional offers.
• Purchasing products for resale or commercial gain. Where MAAKE reasonably determines that a member has abused or attempted to abuse the Privilege Club, MAAKE may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
• Suspend or terminate the membership.
• Cancel or refuse any associated orders.
• Revoke unused privileges or rewards.
• Restrict future participation in the Privilege Club.
• Take any additional action permitted under applicable law.

The annual membership fee is AED 299, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

MAAKE reserves the right to revise the membership fee for future membership periods.

Any change to the renewal price will apply only to subsequent renewal terms and, where required by applicable law, members will be notified in advance before the revised fee takes effect.

Continued membership after the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the applicable renewal fee.

MAAKE reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the Privilege Club program at any time.

Where the program is discontinued, existing members will continue to receive their membership privileges until the expiry of their current paid membership period unless otherwise required by law.

No compensation shall be payable for any future benefits that would have become available after the membership expiration date.
