We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, subject to the conditions set out below and any rights available to you under applicable law.

Return Conditions

A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Submitting a return request does not constitute automatic approval of the return or refund.

For your request to be reviewed, the following requirements must be met:

• The product(s) must be in acceptable condition, with no damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, negligence, or any alteration that may prevent proper evaluation.

• The reason for the return must be provided clearly and in full.

• Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and, where applicable, the identified issue must be provided. Photographs may be attached directly through the return form.

Whenever possible, we recommend returning the product(s) in their original packaging. If the product has not been used, any original seal should remain intact.

Return requests may only be submitted through our return form.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the product you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request should clearly describe the issue and include photographs of the product and its packaging so that our team can assess the matter.

Return Review and Approval

All return requests are reviewed individually by MAAKE Beauty.

Providing the requested information, including the reason for the return and supporting photographs, is required for us to evaluate your request.

MAAKE Beauty reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, videos, or other reasonable supporting evidence where necessary to complete its assessment.

Where a product is physically returned to us, the product may be inspected before the return and any associated refund are approved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAAKE Beauty reserves the right to refuse return requests that:

• Are submitted more than 48 hours after receipt of the order.

• Do not include the information, photographs, or other supporting evidence reasonably required for assessment.

• Contain false, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information.

• Involve products damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper storage, alteration, or any cause unrelated to manufacturing or shipping.

• Involve products that have been altered, tampered with, modified, or otherwise returned in a condition materially different from the condition in which they were received.

If a return is not approved following our assessment or inspection, a refund may not be issued, subject always to applicable law.

Refunds

Once the returned product(s) have been received and the return has been inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, whenever possible.

MAAKE Beauty generally processes approved refunds within 3 business days following approval.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution. Any additional processing time imposed by the payment provider is outside MAAKE Beauty’s control.

Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
