Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the United Arab Emirates on orders over AED 300. For international orders, shipping is free on orders over AED 500. For orders under these amounts, shipping costs are as follows:

• United Arab Emirates: AED 15

• International Orders: AED 70

Shipping Times:

• UAE Shipments: 1-2 days

• International Shipments within the GCC region: 3-5 days (on average – only an approximation, not a guarantee)

• International Shipments outside the GCC region: 5-7 days (on average – only an approximation, NOT a guarantee)

Additional Information:

• We ship all orders within 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee if you need faster delivery.

• Couriers are selected based on availability, charges, compliance, and other factors.

• All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with proof, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.
